Better Embroidery Pricing when you purchase clothing from us
Vinyl Heat Transfer is an alternative to embroidery and the most cost effective option for larger designs such as back prints.
Many of our customers will opt for a front embroidery and a print on the back of garments to show off their business.
See Pricing1. Uniform selection & logo files
Our store has a huge range of tees, polos, hoodies, jumpers and jackets to choose from that can all be decorated with your logo. Our team is here to assist you in fitting out your team and if necessary order in additional items to suit the size of your order. During this time we collect your logo files which can be emailed to us or feel free to bring them in on a USB drive and discuss how you would like your clothing decorated.
2. Logo setup and approval
Once your digitised embroidery file is returned to us we make a test stitch-out for you to approve and if necessary make any final changes, such as manipulating colour or size. This is also a great time to approve your printing files if you are going down the path of vinyl transfers. During this time, any clothing that needed to be ordered additionally to what we already have in stock has already been processed and on it's way to our shop!
3. Order Processing
After approval of your decoration and any outstanding clothing orders have arrived at our shop, we get underway with your embroidery and/or printing. We allow a 7 working days turn around for this process.
4. Quality Assurance Check & Pickup!
When your garments have been decorated we double check to ensure everything looks great and then give you a call to arrange collection. Orders waiting for collection will be held under your first name and company name.
Embroidery cost may vary depending on the number of stitches the logo contains and quantity of embroideries in the run. Printing cost is based on overall size of the design in square centimetres.
For embroidery a good quality .jpg or .png can be used.
For printing we prefer to receive Vector Art (eps, pdf). Your graphic artist or sign writer will often have your logo in this format.
We have graphic artists onsite that can provide adjustments to your logo such as changing the colour or size of certain elements to suit the format of the decoration you require. Major changes will incur an hourly redesign fee.
Everything you order from us will be listed under your own business profile within our system. This allows us to easily reorder garments you have had previously and make your future orders quick and stress free!
